If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 15 days of order delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sarahlois.com and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging (including the complimentary tote bag) with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For return of items where free shipping is applicable, you will be charged the actual shipping amount it cost to ship to you. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a return is not within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you.
All returns over $1,500 with incur a 15% restocking fee.
